FES is a fee-paying school where an annual increase is applicable. The Fees Structure is subject to inflationary norms currently facing the economy.

2025: Annual School Fees R22 000
Monthly Payment R22 000 ÷ 11months = R2 000
A registration fee is payable upon enrolment.
Parents are invoiced for school fees from January to November each year.
Fees must be paid in advance before the 3rd of each month.
Monthly fees are payable to Falcon Educational School no matter what the economic situation.

General Neatness
Learners must be neat and correctly dressed in the prescribed school uniform, at school, when travelling to and from school, and at any sports or formal school functions.
Appropriate and decent sports gear must be worn for PET (Physical Education and Training) and sporting activities. Only T-shirts and golf shirts are allowed. No vests.
All school books must be covered and be neat and tidy on presentation.
No tongue rings, or bangles allowed.
Tablets must have a cover in order to protect them.
NO smart watches are allowed. The smart watch will be confiscated and a penalty of R250,00 must be paid to get it back.
BOYS:
Hair must be short and length should not exceed shirt collar. The hair must be of the same length. Braided hair must be short and neat. No hair dye is allowed. Any other hairstyles are not permitted. Mo-hawk is not allowed. Fades are permitted, however no designs, etc. will be allowed.
Facial hair is not permitted.
Jewellery or earrings are not allowed at school.
Boys trousers must cover the ankles at all times.
GIRLS:
No hair dye is allowed. Hair should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Hair should be properly combed at all times. Soft-dread or similar hair extensions are not allowed. Mo-hawk is not allowed. Fades are permitted, however no designs, etc. will be allowed.
Braids are allowed but must be neat and tidy.
Each ear must bear only one stud earring. Any other earrings or jewellery is not allowed.
Long nails or nail polish is not allowed.
Girls’ skirts must be knee-high.
Colour lip gloss/lip stick is not allowed.
No sort of make-up is allowed (lip liner, eye liner, eye shadows, mascara, foundation, powder, fake eye-lashes, etc.)
Role of Learners
The school does recognise that every learner has the right to education, therefore, the school strives to provide educational opportunities/learning experiences that its learners and the community deserve.
However, learners must recognise that they have responsibilities to their parents, the school, educators, their fellow learners and themselves.
Learners must be well-behaved at all times.
Learners must therefore recognise, accept and comply with instructions and the general rules of the school.
Every learner at this school is legally bound by this constitution.
Learners must respect educators, staff and fellow learners.
COVID 19 rules and regulations
Safety and Hygiene Procedures for ALL
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol‐based hand sanitiser.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Stay at home when you are sick.
Keep a distance of 1.5 metres from other people at all times.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a flexed elbow, cough on a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Wear a cloth face mask. NO SURGICAL MASKS ARE ALLOWED. Carry an extra mask with you in your bag

WHAT MUST LEARNERS DO WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT SCHOOL?
It is important to practice social distancing and good hygiene at school to prevent becoming infected.
It is recommended that you keep at least a 5 metre distance between yourself and another person
Ensure that you have protective face covering at all times.
Be at school by 07:40. Lessons will commence at 08:00..
Use the back gate only and follow the instructions given by educators on duty.
If your transport does not meet the required Covid19 regulations, you will be requested to return home and will not be allowed into the school.
Learners that report after 08:00 will not be allowed into the school and will have to return home
If your temperature is over 37.4°C, you will not be allowed onto the school premises. Parents/guardians will be asked to collect you.
Wait for the educators on duty to test you and complete the checklist truthfully before entering the school. If you have answered yes to any of the questions, you will not be allowed to enter the school premises. Your parents/ guardians will be asked to collect you.
IF YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE THE VIRUS, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO SCHOOL. SERIOUS ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU, SHOULD YOU ATTEND SCHOOL, KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE THE VIRUS.
Do not hug or shake hands with your friends. Keep to the distance requirements set by the school.
Sanitise your hands as soon as you enter the school premises.
Walk directly to your class, do not linger in the corridors or assembly area.
When entering the class, do not change the seating arrangement or move desks around and sit down immediately.
Ensure that you have your own lunch as there will be no vendors or tuck shop available.
PLEASE NOTE NO SHARING OF FOOD, WATER, OR EXCHANGING OF WATER BOTTLES/ FLASKS ETC WILL BE ALLOWED.
Break will be in the school grounds. You will be spending break under strict supervision to ensure social distancing is maintained.
NB. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE ABOVE AND FAILURE TO ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT SCHOOL AND DURING BREAKS WILL RESULT IN A WEEK’S SUSPENSION
GENERAL RULES
Learners are required to communicate in English at all times.
Cellphones are NOT allowed at school. A breach of this rule will result in the confiscation of the item and will only be returned to the learner at the end of the Term or alternatively, the learner can pay a penalty of R250.00 to release the cell phone earlier.
Learners are NOT allowed to insert 3G cards in their tablets. 3G cards will be confiscated and destroyed, if found.
Learners are not allowed to have any applications that are not educational in their Tablets.
Littering is not allowed (in classrooms or anywhere on the premises). Dealing with litter is a collective responsibility.
Eating and drinking in the classrooms is prohibited.
Smoking in the building, in areas surrounding the school and in school uniform, is prohibited.
Learners must refrain from any form of substance, alcohol and drugs. If caught, the learner will be expelled immediately.
The school has a right to investigate any substance abuse
Your signature on the enrolment form gives the school consent to conduct a Breathalyzer or Blood test, if a learner is suspected to be intoxicated.
Wilful damage to property, inscribing graffiti and damage through negligence are offences.
Weapons are not allowed at school.
Gambling is forbidden.
Plagiarism is a criminal offence and must not be encouraged.
The school does not encourage learners to buy food or other items from anyone outside the school premises. This is done at their own risk and the school will not be held responsible for any mishap.
The parent/guardian will be held responsible for the payment of damages effected by his/her child to the school property.
Bullying in any form, will not be tolerated. If caught, the learners will be suspended immediately.
